Texting from Kastl

Kastl sends text messages on behalf of your property-management company about your home, your property or your work: maintenance requests and visit times, notices of entry, approvals, rent due and payments received, inspection notices, and replies to questions you text the company.

How you opt in

You are texted only at a number you gave the company for this purpose: in your lease, in your management agreement, or when you accepted work. Company staff opt in when they first sign in, by entering their mobile number and ticking the consent. The first text you receive names the sender and tells you how to stop.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text and you will receive no more texts from that company. You will get one confirmation. Reply START to hear from them again.

Reply HELP to any text for the company’s name and how to reach a person, or email privacy@1kastl.com.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with the work on your home or job. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase, lease or job.
